2020 CV Starr Intern

Jillian Curran is a rising junior at Washington College where she is majoring in History with a double minor in Art History and Medieval and Early Modern Studies. She brought with her experience working on the Finding the Maryland 400 Project at the Maryland State Archives (which recovers the experience of Maryland Patriots in the American Revolution) and the Chesapeake Heartland Project (which recovers the experience of African Americans in nineteenth-century Kent County, Maryland, where Washington College is located). She plans to pursue a career in historical research or the museum field following her education.
