As of July 6th, APS offices are open to staff and invited visitors. The Society will remain closed to the public for at least the rest of the summer. Library & Museum staff now have access to our collections and will respond to reference and photoduplication requests as soon as possible. However, please note that response times may be delayed due to increased demand. The Society will continue a robust slate of virtual programs throughout the summer and fall. Director of Meetings

Ann S. Westcott is Director of Meetings. A Society staff member for almost three decades, her variety of responsibilities include the organization and execution of the Society's biannual Meetings which are attended by ~350 Members and invited guests and the design and implementation of a new Society initiative —APS on the Road—the purpose of which is to broadly engage Members and other constituencies in the work of the Society. A native of southern New Jersey and educated in Virginia, Westcott has a background in American History and is active with several cultural organizations in Philadelphia.
