Natajia “Tay” Sconiers joined the American Philosophical Society in September 2026. She supports the Society’s fundraising operations, donor stewardship, and engagement initiatives. Prior to joining APS, Tay served as the Development and Communications Specialist at Inglis. Her professional background also includes extensive experience in theater administration and production, having served as Artistic Associate and Company Manager at Delaware Theatre Company and worked at McCarter Theatre Center. She began her career through the Arden Theatre Company's Professional Apprenticeship Program, gaining experience across artistic, administrative, and development operations. Tay holds a BA in Theater Arts from Rutgers University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
