- Gerhard Richter (APS 2012) has been named by TIME as one of the “100 most influential people shaping the future of art.”
- Susan Stewart’s (APS 2023) Bramble has been longlisted for the 2026 National Book Award in Poetry. Rosanna Warren (APS 2015) is among the award’s judges.
- Louise Erdrich’s (APS 2023) Python’s Kiss has been longlisted for the 2026 National Book Award in Fiction.
- It’s “Bayeux fever” in England as the Bayeux Tapestry displayed at the British Museum. Mary Beard (APS 2012) reflected on the country’s last bout of “Bayeux fever” in 1966 for The New York Times.
