Tiffanie Hardbarger, a Cherokee Nation citizen of English/Irish and Cherokee ancestry, is currently the Program Director for the “Reclaiming & Restoring Indigenous Agriculture” program funded by the Native American Agriculture Fund and an Assistant Professor at Northeastern State University (NSU) in the Cherokee & Indigenous Studies Department. She received a Ph.D. in Community Resources & Development (Arizona State University, 2016) focused on sustainability, Indigenous-led community development and tourism, and decolonizing research methodologies.
