Abstract

There is a typescript of an unpublished manuscript on the Cheney family of New Jersey and their involvement in the development of silk culture in nineteenth-century America. In addition, there are related notes, photographs, engravings, etc., about the Cheney family and Burlington, N.J. Also included are typescript copies of letters between Cheney family members.
