Abstract: 42 black-and-white photographs of Ojibwe Anishinaabe people from northern Minnesota and southern Ontario. For most of the photos, both place and people are unidentified. A small number of the photos are identified as being taken at Turtle Mountain (North Dakota); Leech Lake, Nett Lake, Bois Forte (Minnesota); or Lake Nipigon (Ontario). The unidentified photos are likely come from these places or other nearby Anishinaabe communities. All photos are now digitized and listed below. | ||||
